I’m Heidi, the co-owner of Tipsy Gypsy. I’ve worked in the service industry for about six years and I fell in love with bartending. I also love hosting events and planning anything that makes people get together.
In my downtime, you can find me reading a good fantasy or mystery book or hiking with my dogs, Kiba and Kix.
My favorite drink is a whiskey sour. However, my guilty pleasure drink is a strawberry margarita. I look forward to meeting and serving you!
Welcome to Our Story
Hi, I’m Baylie, the other co-owner of Tipsy Gypsy! I’m 24 and I’ve been working in the service industry for three years and bartending for two and a half years. My favorite part of the job is that I’m always busy; there’s never a dull moment!
I’m a big fan of activities like gardening, crocheting, hiking, and playing volleyball. If I’m not actively moving then I’m binge watching movies and cuddling with my cats, Norbert and Cercy.
If I’m sitting down with a proper cocktail then I’m choosing a blueberry gin fizz, but my easy drink of choice is a lemon vodka and sprite. Hopefully we’ll be able to make your favorite drink at your next event!
After about six months of working together in a restaurant, two months co-coaching volleyball, and some line dancing at the local honky tonk, we realized we share mutual visions for long term business plans. We decided that the next best step was to pursue our dreams together! Nothing works better than two girls holding a business meeting at a local coffee shop or wine bar.
